We collaborate with designers who we consider as extermely talented. Each designer, in their own way, has contributed postivley, not only through compelling products, to our development.

Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola was born in Oviedo (Spain) and has lived and worked in Milan for more than 20 years. She attended the School of Architecture of Madrid Polytechnic and Milan Politechnic where she graduated in 1989 with Achille Castiglioni.

In 2001 she opened her own office in Milan, working on product design, architecture, installations and concept creation. She designs for some of the most renowned firms, such as Agape, Alessi, Artelano, Axor, B&B Italia, Bart Design, Bisazza, Bosa, Chevalier Edition, De Padova, De Vecchi, Driade, Emu, Fasem, Flos, Foscarini, Gallotti & Radice, Gandia Blasco, Kartell, Kettal, Liv'it, LG, Peter Mabeo, MDF Italia, Molteni, Moroso, Mutina, Olivari, Paola Lenti, Rosenthal, San Lorenzo, Tronconi, Viccarbe.

Some of her products are in the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York, as well as other museums.

Amongst her recent projects: the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona, the W Resort & Spa in Vieques (Puerto Rico), the boutiques of Gianvito Rossi, the showroom of Flos and Moroso in London and the interiors of the fashion fair Pitti Uomo 2010 (Spadolini Pavillon) in Florence.

She has worked with BMW and Kvadrat and designed various products for the Salone del Mobile 2010. She is also working on the scenography of the opera "L'incoronazione di Poppea" by Monteverdi.

She was named Designer of the Year by Wallpaper*, Elle Deco, and Designer of the Decennium 2000-2010 by the German magazine Home and Häuser. Among others, she has received the Red Dot Award and the Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award. Personal exhibitions of her work have been shown all over the world.

Claesson Koivisto Rune

The Swedish design partnership Claesson Koivisto Rune was founded by Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune in Stockholm in 1995 as an architectural office but is, in the classic Scandinavian way, multi-disciplinary which means that both architecture and design is practised with equal emphasis.

Completed architectural projects include: Sfera Building culture house in Kyoto, the Swedish Ambassador's residence in Berlin, Ingegerd Raman house and studio, and the Operakallaren gourmet restaurant and cocktail bar. Recently completed projects include Hotel Skeppsholmen Stockholm, Alberto Biani shops Rome/Paris, Stiller Studios Stockholm, Gun Gallery Stockholm, and private houses in different Swedish locations through Arkitekthus. Current projects include several private houses in the USA, Japan, Uruguay and Sweden.

Patty Johnson

Patty Johnson is a Canadian designer who is interested in the interchange between research and design, and, commerce and culture. She operates worldwide with partners, enterprises, manufacturers, communities, governments, and designers creating new kinds of design programs and product collections.

Her mobile studio network looks to combine the strengths of complimentary groups to build new linkages, new cultures and new ideas.

Garth Roberts

Formally trained as an industrial designer/ product design, garth has become involved in various laterally related areas of industrial design, from furniture design to housewares and interiors. In his work, garth conveys an honest modernity by delicately balancing tension between pure materials and essential forms.

Since 2005 the Canadian-born designer, has operated studios in Berlin and Milan, in addition to his adopted home in New York City. He has collaborated with premium furniture brands B&B Italia, ClassiCon, Flou, and Fasem. Nominated for the Elle Decoration International Design Award for Best Furniture Piece in 2006, his Raw table for Zanotta has earned continued praise, with entries in the International Design Yearbook '07 and I.D. Magazine Annual Design Review '07.
